i bought a 1960's NSU Prinz for $15 in 1968.I couldn't drive it so my friend helped me push it to my house&then after a month or two,a guy came by&offered to by the engine for $50.&unfortunately I sold it.I shold have kept it&figured out how to fix it.

One of these just sold on eBay (US) for $22K! For the record, though, it didn't have the Wankel, but a very advanced all-alloy, overhead cam inline four developed from motorcycle engines.
