Begins with a brief introduction, then a 5 or 6 min meditation then a short conclusion.

  • It would be so much better if you said to evaporate the tension from the head instead of having it to meld down our entire body because then your chest gets heavy and it takes more time. While having it evaporate would be a faster process. And relaxing the jaw wasn't a good idea (for me. Can't speak for everyone) because when you relax it, it feels heavier at bottom and dragging it down and just because it feels a bit weird it threw me off a little. Thanks
