By the way, I hear lots of people keep on talking about jumping course known as Nobolaron Manual (do a search on google), but I'm not sure if it is really good. Have you thought about Nobolaron Manual? I have heard many amazing things about it and my friend finally increase his vertical jump by using it, but he refuses to tell me: (

Guys, learn how to jump higher does not need to be difficult (I used to think it did). I'll give you some advice right now. Search a jump vertical training program known as Nobolaron Manual (do a google search). Seriously, that course has changed my life. I probably should not even be talking about it cause I don't want a bunch of other folks out there running the same "game" but whatever, I am just in a great mood today so I'll share the wealth haha.

The last one truly was the dunk of the year. The funny thing was that he was ejected after that dunk because the officials called a technical foul and he already had one so he was tossed.
