The BYOB Simulation (Build Your Own Business) is the worlds first multi participant online learning system that provides an opportunity for individuals to apply concepts in managing (team leaders, functional and general managers, administrators, entrepreneurs and small business owners) real-world businesses, solving problems and making decisions in marketing, finance, operations and human resources.

Participants can select and run their choice of simulated business from 14 different business models. The business types include: International (Import-Export), Meeting Planning, Travel Tourism, Pub, Professionals Office, Themed Business, Resort, Hotel, Cafe-Bistro, Fine Dining, Clothing Retail, Medical, Electronics, Retail, and Nightclub.

There is no software, as the entire learning environment can be accessed from anywhere in the world with a computer and an Internet connection.
Our system guides the participants through their business decisions using our proprietary Performance Report grading module that gives them best practices on a daily basis. They are given a SWOT analysis with a click of a button; an instructor or trainers dream!
