Zoso's Greg Thompson plays a stellar version of Led Zeppelin and John Bonham's Moby Dick at The Orange Peel in Asheville, NC. This performance was shot and edited in 1080p high definition by Tony Lee Glenn. Additional camera work by Travis McKinney & Nikonya Godwin. Field audio was captured by Echo Mountain recording. Final audio mixdown provided by Bill Douglass of Royal Recording.

  • Justin - I'll try to forward this question over to Greg Thompson, the ZOSO drummer. I'm just the guy who shot and produced these videos. I'm pretty sure though that he'll tell you he's watched a lot of "The Song Remains The Same" concert video, and that his portrayal is based on that footage.

  • You guys are fuckin sick! Cheers from gainesville

  • muito bom mai imitar o john é de mais

  • Pretty good and actually the guitar and bass sound even more Zeppelin than the drummer. Stupid comment by the guy who asks if he practices being like John Henry or does the drumming come naturall! Bottom line it's very good drumming.

  • that looks like a slash les paul

  • Jason Bonham was good and all at moby dick, yes, BUT this is a DAMN GOOD JOB!! I am watching this, and this is actually more Bonham - ish than Jason's version. To the drummer: Do you practice being like Bonham, or does the drumming come naturally?

  • Excellent rendition!! Couldn't stop watching. You really captured Bonham's performance, both in drumming and in his mannerisms. Hats off to all. Well done!!!

  • the floor tom tuned too high
