WATER WATER WATER!!!
I cannot express how important it is for you to drink water daily.
Your body needs it.
It can clear up your skin and give it a healthy glow.
It helps you clean out your digestive system and flush out any bacteria/viruses.
And so much more.

Soda is horrible. You drink soda, you're going to gain weight.
If you NEED a soda, get a carbonated water or fruit-juice.
But nobody needs soda...
