I believe that we have the technology and the building could be made. But it is inevitable that the building will somehow fail. You can't take risks with moving towers

Plumbing logistics are problematic.....think about it!! Did a report on it and the engineering required to complete this project and make it sustainable is pretty far out yet. I would call it more of a clever marketing scheme than a realistic possibility.
