tapping EBB > charging EBB at the start and thats just one flaw with these tests.

tapping it does 300+300 damage. charging it was doing 1k+1k, and 2k+2k crits.... i can't see how it would be better to tap it.

i think elec has a bit more dps. not sure now though xD it sucks if you cant hold people...

btw make sure u get 'force eruption' with polarity advantage. it gives +20% bonus damage for like 10 sec if you don't move out of the area. and you can just tap it for the effect. helps alot with ice dps

nah not ruined, just less burst dps. get rank 2 ice blast + hard frost and that does fine DPS. at lvl 28 with ice build (after the nerf) i could still kill level 35+ people in duels easily :D altho i respecced elec now for a change

unlike other powers in which charging up usually does a lot more damage per second. With ebb its roughly the same. However tapping applies the debuff at the start faster and outright kills mobs that dont have master villain hp faster than 2+ charges.

Basically on low hp mobs tapping will usually kill it faster and on high hp mobs tapping only at the start makes it so you have the full debuff at around the same time as a different person charging only got the first stack.

Yeah, got my guy to 18 with that build you said. Man...

he rapes PVPS, PVES, Not sure what skills to get next though :)>,I know its optional, but i'll take more of your suggestions. :D
