@mwjscn oh thanks.

@SLUGGER46 Thanks! I also agree that test shooting a replica at spitting-distance is not effectively demonstrating anything. It's alllll about the acreage, haha!

@mwjscn Thanks for the quick response! This video has really impressed me with the accuracy and power. Finally someone actually puts up a video of a good distance. no more of those 50ft test. GREAT JOB!

@SLUGGER46 It is the best gearbox I have ever seen or owned. It is really superiorly reinforced and I am not even close to the potential with an M120 in it. It can handle all the way up to an M150 with the current gearbox structure. Just looking at TMs Version 7 compared to G&Gs Version 7 Gearbox makes me grin. Personally, I like the rifle and it has a build quality you would expect from G&G.

Ive been considering the G&G m14 for a while now but ive always been a pure spring sniper kind of guy(I hate the unreliability of AEG's). Ive been looking for a DMR and with the upgraded spring I think that this gun could be a great gun! What do you think the build quality of the gearbox is?

@Silencer8787 Your welcome!
I just got the G&G m14 and it's great, however I would like too upgrade the spring and need too know how i should choose which spring too get for my gun. Thanks for the help.

@Deebunie Choose a spring based on how fast you want your FPS to be. AirsoftGI lists the approximate speed in the description of the springs they sell. I recommend getting a Guarder brand.

That was a good video that was to the point. I had a few questions though. Does it hurt your friends? Would you recommend spending extra for the walnut stock? Is the gearbox easy to get to and tinker with? And finally, I saw your name has Massachusetts in it and wanted to know if any good fields exist near Boston. Great vid. Any answer is appreciated. Sorry if you felt like I was interrogating you.

@rorytobory I don't know why everyone asks if it hurts, honestly when your adrenaline is up and you are running around in full gear you hardly feel an airsoft gun shot. However, if you where to go and line up your friends without adrenaline, it would sting. I prefer the walnut stock, one of the best options. The gearbox is not the easiest to get to, easy steps, just takes a while. Not many near Boston, try Ghost Town or The Citadel. Thanks for the positive comment, I am glad you enjoyed it!
