  • sorry but what a dumb way to measure your heart rate...everytime you multiply you also multiply the error... ie measure pulse for at least 30 seconds and multiply by 2 which will give you heart rate ~+/-4, multiplying by 6 will leave you way out hence you got 40, cause your heart rate aint 40 bud. thanks.

  • Dude you are just awesome!!!

  • damn, lots of assholes posting in here... how did you guys end up here? like flies on shit.

  • Douche......

  • MEATHEAD. On here to show his abs instead of actually showing the workout.

  • @rgaff100 wrong. HR drops very very quickly. if you count it for 30s, there will be a very big margin of error. don't do that.

best thing is to count the HR for 10 seconds and then x6.

btw - my resting hr is in the 30s, but not standing up.

  • Stupid music followed by stupid chatter - "We got the Santa Ana winds - I don't even know that means."

I am sure that, that is the tip of the iceberg of what he doesn't know. He dismisses science and the medical community and substitutes his stupid way of measuring heart rate. I am sure he found science very difficult at school -duh! Dude! Duh! Err Beavis - duh.

  • Hate on science and "the medical community" and then goes on to build your training on top of principles given to us by "the medical community". Laughable.

Also, watch them arms. They're obviously more worked than the rest of you. Get some lat training and calf raises in on top of the quad workout with the bike to get a more aesthetic balance in distribution of muscle mass.

  • That was Bee Gee's "Grease is the Word"... I Want My 2 Dollars!!!

  • wow hes so hot

  • @oitotheworld23
