It's pretty obvious that this either is or is based off of Garry's Mod. Let's face it: Sonic was just never meant for the Source Engine.

Most of the code for animations wasn't finished only walking and running had only coding but the HL2 weapons were there for Shadow but we were going to use a different set of weapons.

The map used was only for showcasing.

The map was to test certain effects and special coding in the game.

But it wasn't implemented that much and so it looks like a normal map.
