Speaker: Krishna Subramanian

Speaker bio: After graduating with honors from UC Davis, Krishna was on his way to medical school. Before beginning a rigorous study program, he decided to take a year off to do research at the New York Academy of Medicine, where he discovered the internet as he worked to finance his stay. As his resume from small web jobs started to grow, Krishna took on more industry defining roles, founding Burrp! (acquired by media conglomerate TV18), a localized review and recommendation portal for India, where he ran the product team and focused on ad-supported content delivery to mobile phones. This venture catapulted him into his next success as Co-Founder and General Manager of New Business at BlueLithium, the world's largest behavioral targeted ad network. After Blue Lithium's acquisition by Yahoo! in October 2007 for $300MM, Krishna became more interested in the mobile space, and set the wheels in motion by founding Mobclix -- the largest mobile ad exchange. Today, Krishna drives the advertising and marketing strategy for the company, and brings three important components to the Mobclix team: innovation, vision, and strategy.
