TV CARNAGE: MARKY MARK WORKOUT

Frederick Douglass once said, "Do not measure your worth by how high you are on the ladder, but the depths from which you have climbed," or some shit like that. It was painted on the wall of a high-school classroom of mine but I didn't go to class that much and when I did I was pretty stoned/drunk/pilled out, so no telling how accurate that is.

Point being, Marky Mark (AKA the dude with super faggy hair from The Lovely Bones) has climbed a long way from his uber-racist, humble South Boston slum origins to a nice house in Beverly Hills and only slightly less racist attitude (via telling Andy Samberg he was going to punch him in his "stupid Jew nose").

But you know what's great about America? No matter how much you accomplish, how much money you make, how much fame or power you wield, deep down everybody knows you're trash because your great-great-great grandaddy didn't come over on the Mayflower.
