Oblivion: Paranoia

For beginners, this is a quick way of earning 1300 Gold (1350 if you wish to kill more than one people).
Buy a Frenzy spell in the Bravil Mages Guild if you don't wish to get a bounty.
NOTE": Cheapest spell is "Touch of Frenzy" for 28 Gold.

You do not need to actually spy on any of the people, just wait 24 hours and tell Glarthir what you wish to tell him. Glarthir will pay you 50 more Gold if you accuse all three townsfolk of spying on him.

Use a Frenzy spell on the civilians you are assigned to kill before killing them, that way you don't incur a bounty for the murder. This quest is also a good way to start the Dark Brotherhood quest line.

Pickpocketing Glarthir's house key can give you access to the basket in his house, which has 800 Gold in it.

@freeman71386 I like both just about the same, but Asian RPGs are more emotional so they tend to leave me nostalgic after not playing them for awhile, even though I've played through it X amount of times.

where to get bear conjuration spell?

@lolmanboom You must get the Spell Tomes plug-in. Afterwards, you can add the spell to yourself through console commands (If you use PC)

If you use xbox/ps3 then you just have to look around in chests until you find the spell tome "Pride of Hirstaang", which grants you the summon bear, resist frost and fortify strength affect for 30 seconds.
