  • There was the movie "The Experiment" based on this, and shows what the goverment is doing to use all.

  • @spellbinder00 : Watch my earlier reply, and wait until you watch the third part of the stanford vids..hehe :)

  • must be where they based the movie The Experiment from.. If you ever see it, take note of the movie iconography at the beginning... quite interesting

  • @somewhereone : I've seen the movie, its based on the Stanford experiment, but its overdramatized Hollywood style, like always.. !!

  • LOL.that way they acquired knowledge.fuck off crazy psychology.

  • @MankindForRevolution Yes, sadly, they use the excuse; "It's orders". But they don't admit doing evil things for money!

  • @Licmycat It's pure psychology, unfortunately. You give someone a position of authority, and they will do what they will do to remain in control. It's quite sad, but human nature. It takes a great deal of effort not to conform and to do the right thing instead.

  • Even the guards don't act civilized?? OMG....what's happening to our country?

  • @chree2008 i was just about to say

  • Crime would be a thing of the past if we weren't conditioned to a monetary system.

  • 2011 now there is no need 4 the bars ? ... As the abuse is now epidemic ... so many peeping thru' the bars ... Jeers 4 fears no more tears ... 'n' ... Whirlwind is in the thorn tree ... + + +

  • I was in SERE school during my time in the Navy , where we were put into a prison situation - we were interrogated - smacked around - put in fetal position in foot lockers - fed disgusting food - etc. but what happened during all of this , is that I TOTALLY forgot that I was in a school - in my mind , I was truely in prison, and I didn't know why , where or how this happened !

On the final day , when I was reminded that school was over , I could hardly believe that I had so forgotten !

  • Disgusting

  • @chemlin I have also seen this one. Interesting case study however I feel it is flawed. reason? Deep down inside, the subjects knew this was all an experiment. They knew that it would eventually end, and that they would return to their normal every day lives eventually. Therefore, the test results were skewed due to the lack of "reality". I think more interesting and realistic human behavioral studies are the ones done on actual prisoners incarcerated in various facilities around the world.
