  • how old do dogs start this at?

  • @jazzcollie You can start a dog in this at any age, because the point is that they conquer each obstacle with their handler to build confidence, bond & trust. Obviously, with a 10 week old pup, they aren't going to be doing much on their own...but we still will work with them on the obstacles to get them used to the different surfaces under their feet, etc. as well as trusting their handler. We also make modifications for older dogs, so that they aren't constantly stressing their joints, etc.

  • @WarriorsFreak12 No ruined hips here...we start puppies on this, by having their handlers hold them on the various obstacles and let them get used to different surfaces, etc. We have dogs of all levels & capabilities, and the course is always adjusted according to age of the dog/conditions/safety & what the dog can handle :)

  • @brisqu This course is at our training facility...so anyone would be welcome to join & come out for classes.

  • @blueskiierg

I know but i was wondering if you made the obstacles or it is a place where everyone can do stress agility

  • @brisqu This isn't a competition like sport agility. The aim of stress agility is for the dog to function through the stress of the obstacles, conquering the course with their handler & building extreme confidence, stability & bond. The dogs have to think & not just blindly fly through the course. They also must trust their handlers implicitly, who, in turn, must always be there to spot so as to deserve that trust.

  • Ok so how do find those kind of competitions?

  • your dog is so AWESOME!
