i saw we biuld a woman android with this and the rest or the bady parts and then put it in a real doll mold type thing then wait for ai to catch up and put it in it and let it figure itself out and add basic programs to make it how we want it

it is more natural and more human like movement than robots with electric motors..

well, you might be able to run a small bruhless electirc motor and as quanzignrlnose said, it could work mutch like hydraulics, and would have a quite long life using lith ion or lith polymer batteries.
