"Nicholas, you don't know what you're talking about!" I yelled.
"No? I don't? You really think I don't? Alyssa, you always put him before me! Even when you supposedly love me! What a load of bull shit!" he yelled at me.
"You seriously think that I don't love you?" I said as tears ran down my face.
"No, I know you don't love me." he said.
"Get out of the room!" I yelled.
"No, this is my room as much as it's yours." he said.
"Nicholas, please get out of here!" I yelled.
"No!" he said.
"You know what? I'm actually glad that you're about to leave." I screamed. I could see he was taken back by what I said.
"Good! Cause even if you weren't glad about it, it wouldn't change a thing." he said as he air quoted the word glad and then left the room.
Tears flooded down my face as I sat down in his bed.
Nick was going to leave. He actually wanted to leave! My chest felt as if it had a huge hole in the middle.
"Are you okay??" Alex asked as he entered through the open door.
"Um...yes..." I mumbled. He came to my side of the bed and sat down. I just hugged him and cried in his chest.
Nick's POV
I walked back to the room to apologize. After all I was going to leave her and if I leave like this, I know I'm going to regret this sooner or later. I entered the room, but my heart sank down to the floor as I saw Alyssa. My Alyssa was hugging Alex. What was I supposed to do now? I ran back and fought the tears. Ugh, you're so stupid Nicholas! You know that she doesn't love you! She never did! All the things she said were lies, and I was the fool who believed them! How could I be so stupid? Of course she doesn't love me! And of course she loves Alex! I sank down into the corner of the elevator and a tear flowed but I cleared it. Suddenly the door opened and a girl who looked like my age walked in. The door closed and she turned around and noticed me.
"Are...you okay?" she asked.
She was beautiful, long curly brown hair, slim, and had a very beautiful face with a country accent.
"Yeah..." I said as I tried to get up. She gave me her hand so I took it and stood up.
"Are you sure?" she asked.
"Yes, I'm sure...I'm Nick..." I said as I smiled.
"I'm Miley Cyrus." she said.
"You're THE Miley Cyrus?"
"Yup..." she said.
"Hey! I'm supposed to tour with you!" I said.
"Oh my god! You're Nick Jonas! Of the Jonas Brothers?!?! Wow, I didnt know you were going to be so cute!" she laughed.
"I am? Wow, tell my girlfriend that..." I said as I rolled my eyes.
"Girl problems?" she laughed.
"How did you guess?" I said sarcastically. She laughed.
"Okay, so what happened?" she asked.
"It's just that I don't know if he loves me. She just met this guy and she is all over him! Like not physically
but mentallyif that's possible. Anyways she is all over and she just met him. And you how long it took me for her to open up? Too long, if I may say. UGH! I just don't get her!" I said very frustrated.
"Are you sure she loves that Alex guy? Cause maybe you misread it."
"No, I'm sure...I mean- I paused to think about it. Was I really sure?
"I guess that I'm not so sure..." I said.
"Aha!" she laughed. "Ok, go to her room like now and apologize. Ask her how she feels. It's not always how you feel, Nick. Maybe she may feel you like any random girl you're friends with. And if she is your girlfriends then shouldn't you trust her? Shouldn't you know that she loves you? Shouldn't you be sure that she will always be there for you even when others are nowhere to be found?" she recited.
"Yeah...your right. Thank you!" I said as I turned in and hugged her. "Thank you so much Miley!" I repeated then pulled back and without even noticing she kissed me.
Alyssa's POV
I pressed the button and waited for the elevator. When it finally came I rushed the doors and try to make them move faster, I needed to find nick! When the doors finally opened, there was Nick...kissing some girl. I stood there watching until Nick broke the kiss. I turned around and started to slowly walk away. This wasn't the best day of my life by far.
"I'm guessing that was your girlfriend...?" the girl said.
I then realized that she was Hannah Montana or Miley Cyrus.and that Nick was interested in the "Best of Both Worlds".
Damn him! For making me buy all his lies...I really thought he was different...he proved me wrong.
Damn him! Now I know why I didn't want to fall I love...it just ends with tears...no happy endings.
Damn him! For being stupid enough to believe...that he was my true love...and that he was actually different.
