I'm with you 100%...I only go to to places like that if I have absolutely no other choice...and even then, I try to plan it days ahead of time. I'll stop taking my KP for a day or two, so when I do go out, it has max effect on me.

Your such a fucking inspiration to me. Watching your videos is almost like having a recording of my thoughts down on video, I've had very similar experiences as you, almost identical (not trying to steal your thunder). But as you say, when your in it, there's nothing that anyone will say that will make it better.
Out of interest, have you had any CBT? (cognitive behavual therapy) I did, and it has helped enormously!
