I tried my best but I don't know what program is the best. The audio is really bad and I can't get it to record any better. I've already turned all volumes to the max and this is still what I got... Please advise if anyone know better ways to sub or to record videos.

actually in the bottom right hand corner there is a rectangle with a square in it hover your pointer over that and a pop up will come up and then click CC and you have english subtitles ^^
