These colleges serve to program black womens minds to hate their men and to love white men who are racist or indifferent to the black family crisis.

The bw who come out of colleges usually deny that slavery was mainly a white venture that has blacks suffering to this day. Self-hate thrives in these colleges designed to 'white-wash' the minds of young black women. They are taught to ignore the increasing enrollment in hate groups and police brutality of black men. Black men are an enemy to bw.

I'm not talking about wealth. Some people don't survive the amount of work college is. Wealth doesn't matter. You can always get scholarships and loans. That's how I made it through. If college were free do you know how much money we'd lose with dropouts?? There are enough dropouts as it is. At least it's their own money and not the taxpayer's they're losing!

I agree. Too many people get stuck on the poor people in other countries (who are very important... don't get me wrong), but they don't see the suffering here. As long as children are going to bed hungry in America, keep the focus here. Help our country survive, then thrive. Only then is it appropriate to jump in and save starving people in other countries.

It is my firm belief that a true Democracy cannot survive without an educated people. People who have thoughts of there own and who have the knowledge to know when they are being scammed by the government. If you want to make a long-term high dividend investment education is the way to go 100% of the time.

It's not meant to be for the elite and their family who can then keep on being the elite ad infinitum. Edwards isn't saying he will hand out degrees, you still have to make the cut on your own but his plan just makes it possible for those who don't have rich parents.

Notsplane is right. The Department of Education isn't doing its job. The problem is that politicians who have never stepped a foot inside a classroom to teach students are the ones making decisions for those of us who do. Try going through every day at your job being told what to do by someone who has no experience at your job. It wouldn't happen in a hospital, a law firm or even a factory, but it happens every day in public schools.
