As the internet becomes more readily available across the Arab world, it's giving rise to a generation of hackers - eager to break free of government censorship with the help of cyber weapons. But as RT's Paula Slier reports, some activists could end up being used by the authorities to pull the strings and promote their own agenda.

What about the IT security complex? Remember HBGary? The IT security industry is going after whistleblowers and anonymous and getting contracts by the government to hack into oil refineries in Libya, and the Stuxnet and Flame worms that breaks into Iranian nuclear facilities. They even get contracts to conduct PSYOPS online. This is a problem because that's where the big money is, and it's very attractive to hackers.
