That layout is very cool. So much detail and the colors and lighting are perfect. All though I did find the fuel tender a bit odd in between the two engines

Actually, they did. But it was short-lived due to the fact that if one of the two engines permanently connected to the tender failed, both would have to go into the shop, thus taking two engines out of service instead of one.

OK; Supper cool RR and you have one of the best bridges I've seen yet in small scale HO right? Next I have a question about your engine consist? Is the tanker in the consist functional? I have not seen that before!

The model is an empty tank car - there is no motor inside to help with tractive effort...

Has you read old comments, you'd find that was a fuel tender; and it's location is indeed prototypical.
