We've got Georgia Gov. Nathan Deal demanding clean urine in exchange for welfare benefits (a bad idea that also doesn't work as advertised, but hey, at least the boozers are safe!), North Carolina regulators busting a blogger for praising the paleo diet (an offense that can get you tossed in the clink!), but this month the freakiest controllers come to us from a Brazilian city where public schools have begun tracking thousands of 4-to-14-year-olds with GPS-embedded uniforms. (At least they're not tagging the kiddos' ears!)

Presenting Reason.tv's Nanny of the Month for April 2012: The City of Vitoria da Conquista!

Approximately 80 seconds.

"Nanny of the Month" is written and produced by Ted Balaker. Opening animation by Meredith Bragg.

Drug tests would be fine except most leaders and politicians are on drugs, deal drugs and do even worse. Bad examples they are.

Not if its illegal to spoke dope in an urban area. They might do it in there homes but I respect a persons proprietie rights. However, doing it in public will never be legal. They will get sent to jail if you are doing in parks, schools or just talking to 7/11(provoided its not in a red light discrit) There would also be prostitution and bunch of other stuff people can do so they can be bad for the weekend then go back to work.

That because its not regulated. If there were a place were you are only allowed to do drugs there that away from schools and urban areas I think that would be plenty acceptable.

Doing drugs itself doesn't hurt you in anyway...

You are either delusional yourself or a very bad liar. Every major city has areas where the junkies and dealers have taken over. Designated area is Holland

I can see you have trouble at looking at things logically. Look if you were to put all that money on the drug war with just enforcing laws already on the books you will have your civil society and people at the same time those who choose can do drugs.

Just look at this video made by a Conservative channel.

    "DONT BREAK THE FUCKING LAW.."

a stupid law is no law at all

Your the one who is dense. If being ridding back of the bus was illegal but you decide to define the police would you still have the same attitude? Or better yet if penalty for being a Christians was 20 years and you got caught praying would you have the same attitude?

No i don't have a record but i know ppl that do. You sound delusional if you think u can get everyone person in the country to stop doing drugs.
