Over 1,700 students die from drunk driving, while 2.1 million students drive under the influence a year. Statistics like this change the minds of college students all over the nation. But are programs really working? Are they focusing on the right issues like emotional perception or just focused on information? Our film team decided to take on the challenges of these questions and asked students what they wanted to see and to see if programs work like this. The answer... The Every 15 Minutes Program. This program has changed the lives students all over the nation. But we feel its ready for colleges all over the nation. So we made a small documentary for college students to see what power we have on the road...
