  • Did you ever get this running???

  • No we didnt.

  • where is it? is it for sale?

  • everythings for sale. TX

  • I have been thinking of replacing to whole power driver board. The one that is in there has been butchered up pretty bad. I found there is a newly designed driver board available. Has anyone had any luck using it??

  • I repair pinball machines and I replaced an original Williams score display with a new revamped version that just came out and it worked great. I got it from Bay Area Amusements. They are remaking many boards, including power boards like yours. They are made to run cooler and have less heat stress. Yours would cost almost $300 but it would last for years! BTW your problem is on the power driver board as others have said.

  • Replace capacitor C5 and bridge reticifer BR2 on the

large PCB (placed in the top).

  • @z585bf2

    still have the machine?

if so, check the bridge rectifiers on the power driver board. namely BR2 and BR3.

we had these replaced on our board as we had the same symptoms and it runs normal now.

    cheers

  • 1) Check the AC power at the outlet wall socket.

If it is consistent and within range,

    2) with power off and unplugged, check for a cold soldier joint on the power board or other connections

    3) check the power level with meter leaving the power board. from what i can see is when ever a high voltage solenoid is energized, the system reboots.

  • It seems like a power issue the machine is not getting enough volts. I see in the vid you have a surge protector and other plugs pluged in with the machine try plugging the machine in the wall outlet by itself or try a different outlet in your house.I had this resetting issue with my machine before and this was the problem because to many things were plugged in the same outlet with the machine.

  • BR's

  • I have the High-Speed Pinball machine 1.

I am restoring it as I speak.

Can you do a diagnostic on it?

It could be a power supply issue?

  • Uh-oh!

  • We had one of those in my school :D

    was awesome!

  • Fucking incredible game. One of my favorite pinball machines of all time. I hope you get it fixed. It's a beauty.
