My 5yr old niece just cracks up laughing at the absurd picture of Clifford sitting (squashing) the pony. The pony even has a frown.
Her parents say shes never laughed so much.
Note: I kept good books from my childhood, that were already handmedowns from siblings, in great condition. The rotten rascals rip & destroy books these days. Im scared to leave all the "classics" with them. 40 yr old originals. Richard Scarry, Corduroy, Clifford, etc.
