This will take away from you the fogginess of your mind. It will give you clarity of your consciousness. It will bring home what is called
"The purpose of life."

This video has two parts, I would suggest either opening both and pausing the second part and then playing it when the first part finishes. OR download both parts to Real Player and play in a play list. Part one first, and then part two would play automatically afterwards so not to cause any disturbances.

Your hands should be placed against your chest alongside your diaphragm. NOT where your stomach is. Please close your eyes and focus with your third eye.
