In Peter Slipper's first Question Time as Speaker Of The House, 4 Liberal members are kicked out in quick succession as Juliar Gillard continues her relentless gasbagging accusing the Opposition of "negativity" while spending another Parliamentary sitting day defending the carbon tax the majority of the Australian people did not want.
