How To put in Polyurethane Bushings (Energy Suspension Bushings)
For a 2 Gen RX-7(FC3S) Part1

Only front is being done in this video
-sway bar bushings
-end link bushings
-ball joint Dust boot
-tie rod end dust boot

Time to compete job 1hr (with the all the right tools and nothing breaks on you)
-extra time if your cleaning and repainting things

  • I was told not to use grease or any petroleum base lubricant on poly bushings - polyurethane will soak it up, swell and cause premature cracking.

    Use proper lubricant designed for the job

  • You forgot to mention to add lots of grease on the bushings or else they will be really noisy.
