How To put in Polyurethane Bushings (Energy Suspension Bushings)
For a 2 Gen RX-7(FC3S) Part1
Only front is being done in this video
-sway bar bushings
-end link bushings
-ball joint Dust boot
-tie rod end dust boot
Time to compete job 1hr (with the all the right tools and nothing breaks on you)
-extra time if your cleaning and repainting things
I was told not to use grease or any petroleum base lubricant on poly bushings - polyurethane will soak it up, swell and cause premature cracking.
Use proper lubricant designed for the job

You forgot to mention to add lots of grease on the bushings or else they will be really noisy.
