OH! MY! GOD! I have never seen anything like this! I have seen vain oscillating fans, Such as "Lolly Pop", Fether, & Regular. I have a Victor regular 16" I LOVE! This is just AWESOME!
-
i like how the blades sound like a lawnmower
-
Fascinating design however I can't imagine it lasting very long.
Seems like either the friction drive or that tiny pinion gear would wear out quickly!
-
Looks like you accidently oiled it with caffine and not oil, she's sure occilating fast!
-
What a wonderful piece of fan history. Rare is putting it mildly. Paul has one of the best collections of rare fans on the planet! Regards, Mike
-
So this is one of only two known to survive the wars?

Great fan, Paul ! You deserve the Bundesverdienstkreuz for your rescue of German technical history. Not even the Deutsche Museum in Munich has anything like this !!!!
