Thank you very much Mr Siegel for your detailed explanation. I am more informed of the anatomy of pelvic floor muscles and functions. I have been suffering from incontinence problems for years and now has aggravated however the urologists here check me up for prostate cancer.

I have battled with PE for 11 years due to severe prostatitis. Any of the kegel muscle exercises and or the anxiety related relaxation techniques were completely ineffective for me. I got involved in a clinic trial at a urologist clinic in Orange County about a year ago with a drug called promescent. It has an absorption technolgy where it goes sub dermal and leaves sensation but somehow takes away the "ticklish" sensation i was feeeling. It should be avaialble soon, Watch for Promescent
My uterus is extremely low. Can this exercise fix that problem
