@saabgt3 taking a risk is one thing, taking a risk at other peoples expense is another.. imagine a happy go lucky family getting ready to go fishing or something, and then some dumb racers hit them.. dumb..
And, yes, families do leave their homes at that time, my family goes fishing at midnight so we can be there for the tide.. I go to work extremely early, so I can get off early and go school.. Luckily those racers are on the othe side of town..
