  • I'm starting college next week. As a premed student cramped in a dorm, I want to stay healthy and stay fit even though I'm studying. Could you give health tips for people going away for school? And exercises I can do without bugging my roommate? Thank you if you can!

  • @hotnov The best kind of quiet exercise is yoga - I have loads of fun yoga-inspired routines that will keep you calm AND fit. Start with these and check out my other videos. Hmmmm, workouts for dorm rooms... I'm suddenly inspired! xo Bex
