Shostakovich played this much faster than this fellow does. There is a video of Shostakovich playing this cadenza (look for it) and he's playing it about as fast as humanly possible. There are a couple commercial recordings of Shostakovich playing this as well. The older of the two is a live performance and he makes a lot of mistakes, more than this talented fellow!

Trumpet is in the Original Orchestra score. String Orchestra plus one trumpet. It's really cool.
