Salam.
the khutba says after 1min45secs that :
ao yatabarraku bigairihi min nabiyyin wa waliyin (continues)
then at 2mins2secs:
fa'alaihi khusrano wal wabaal..
basically what he means here is that who ever seeks baraka from other than Allah swt including Nabi (saw) and the Oliya of Allah swt are in kharasa and wabaal.
we believe in taking Barakah from the Holy Propher SAW as the Sahaba RZ used to do when they used to use stuff which the Prophet SAW had used.

what is the exact Islam i don't understand who is Muslim and who is not the Muslim how could we decided i am the representative of the young generation tell us. what u know about Islam. who is Muslim? what does a Muslim do? What is the meaning of Muslim? Are these people is Allah that they know everything. What is the meaning of this Khutba tell us in Urdu and English.

May be these are the Ulema who were mentioned by the Holy Prophet Mohammad (SAW)said, “"SOON WILL THERE DAWN AN AGE OVER THE PEOPLE WHEN THERE WILL REMAIN NOTHING OF ISLAM BUT ITS NAME, AND NOTHING OF THE QUR’AAN BUT ITS TEXT. THEIR MOSQUES WILL BE BEAUTIFUL STRUCTURES BUT WITHOUT GUIDANCE. THEIR ULAMA WILL BE THEIR WORST MEMBERS UNDER THE CANOPY OF THE HEAVEN. FROM THEM WILL EMERGE CORRUPTION, AND THE CORRUPTION WILL REBOUND on THEM."

This is not Hazrat Syed Ata Ullah Shah Bukhari Sahabs (RA) voice.
The Khutba has some lines which are clearly against the aqaid of Ahle Sunnah Wa AlJamaat.
The khutba has been read by some Salafi/Ahle Hadith sahab.
