What the heck is Blackburn even talking about? For crying out loud. It's a recommendation, not a denial of a needed procedure. Get one if you want and your insurance will pay for it. Many insurance co will only pay for a test every two years or once a year. So who is it exactly does the rationing again?

So many Americans are uninsured, and then the ones that are can't have any pre-existing conditions, because those aren't covered. You mean I pay bi-weekly for insurance for myself that won't even help me with particular issues I have? People who can't pay their bills tied in with broken bones or trauma type accidents and have thousands of debt to deal with is alright with you?
