  • Isn't 500 cals all the cals you get for the whole day? Does that mean I can't eat the rest of the day. Sorry I'm new to this.

  • Sorry - the 500 calories refers to the phase (the very low calorie/500 calorie per day phase)...although this recipe was doubled for me and hubby, so for just you I would half the recipe

  • hey hey! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some incredible things about it and my work buddy lost a ton of weight with it.

  • Oh looks good :) Yummy looking would like to try, but where's the Taco? All I see is the meat and salad lol...no chips?

  • This looks delicious. I am a pescetarian so can I do this recipe with fish or shrimp instead?

  • I'm very pleasure to heart you got good results with HCG!! HCG coaches will help you over the phone and guide you step by step what you will have to do Here is HCG phone number Direct Number Call Now 866-943-6381

  • You have got to be kidding me, the trace amount of sugar in that taco seasoning will not make you fat.

  • @str8upyoass She probably cooked the steak with water, which wouldn't be against the HCG protocol. Just watch out for any added sugars (such as HFCS, honey, fructose etc)
