One has nothing to do with the other. My comment is based on the thought that she has taken the responsiblity of adopting a child, taking and raising him as a member of her own family, and has gone to Malawi twice a year to ensure her charitable work is going well. Like building an academy as well as an orphanage that many unprivileged children will get to enjoy. And you think that is because she sees it as a bandwagon to jump on? To make her look good? Meanwhile she gets shit on for doing it.

Dude wake the fuck up alright. Madonna has never given a crap about foreign children until celebrities like Angelina recently started adopting foreign children. It's the same as celebrity baby names. One celebrity gives their kid a weird name and everyone follows. Nothing is original in Hollywood. I think you are the ignorant one for believing all the facades celebrities put up. Did you see the show? The Wembley and Cardiff performances were live, later on they have cranked up the volume on the backup tape for some performances, notably Give it 2 Me. It's live.
As for this ... she isn't likely to sing the video interludes from the toilet or her dressing room :)
