Most people that ive seen go rigid with there bike's. Just replace the shocks with with some fabbed struts.

Sounds awesome, but looks like a piece of shit. How could you f*ck up a nice vulcan and end up with a pile of junk? I hope it makes you happy to see the end result. It now looks like one of those american made projects built with the crap out of the toolshed.

Nice. Did you buy the rear fender and seat, or fabricate them. I'm having a hard time finding aftermarket parts.
