@yurio14 you must put in 1 round matches on arcade.....acquire 1 perfect round and never get a continue..e.g.(die)you will fight him after seth.
If you unlock all other character except akuma, seth and gouken and beat akuma you will get him.

BTW "VII89", Super smash bros doesn't requires more skills. It requires different skills. SF and SSB is two different games, you play them totally different.
