Katie Coric is such a bitch that bated Michael to talk about Rush rather than his illness and how he deals with it, which would help others. It will be nice when she is gone. She was unable to get Michael to slam Rush... she is a real toad!

I admire MJF for his courage and determination. He obviously has let go of any ego he may have had simply by appearing on live television in his condition and he's a role model everyone should be proud of...way to stand strong Micheal I pray for you and your family!

My dad was diagnosed at 37 but they think he had started showing signs of PD as early 30-31 years old. I hate how much of challenge just everyday life can be for him. My mum has now become his full time carer

@StartContaversy1 With many disorders like this, it is certainly a possibility, but more research needs to be done. My best educated guess from being a student of psychology is that you are born with it. Medications can help, but may be limited in effect, depending on how severe the Parkinson's is.

Parkinson's disease is no joke, it is a disorder of the basal ganglia that causes tremors, like you see here. My condolences to Mr. Fox, as he deals with this problem. His courage is commendable, and unrelenting. Shame on you, Rush.
