Faye has said in interviews that she will not discuss Mommie Deaerst because during the filming of that classic movie she was going through a hard time in her life.

How can you NOT discuss Mommie Dearest? Its one of the most ridiculous films ever made, and its become a cult success. I respect that she wants to appear as a respectable actress, but she could at least TRY to be gracious about it and see the humor in it.

What a shame that this beautiful woman of such talent decided to be a traitor to one of her own kind. Joan Crawford will be remembered long after Faye is dead and gone off the face of the earth. Every moment of Joan's life was spent for us-her audience. Every fiber of her being and reason for living was done for us-her audience. She breathed air so that she could entertain US!--her audience. We owe her something--in return. Seems from the video that Faye is the real looney, not Mrs. Crawford.

It's insulting for someone with her body of work to be pestered about an ex-husband and one mediocre movie.
Mommy Dearest was 27 years ago! What else can be said? Why is this schmuck still bugging her about it? And, honestly, even if the movie as a whole wasn't great, Faye totally rocked it!
