Wife wants suspect to be tried in Kenya

In Nairobi, the family of one of the men charged with terrorism offenses in Uganda wants the suspect brought back to Kenya. Rosemary Saida, the wife of Idris Mogandu says the husband was arrested on Kenyan soil and should be tried in local courts. Idris was among three Kenyans arraigned in court on Friday in connection with the July 11th bombing in Kampala.

@siasabora i hadn't read the article but even after reading it....i still say innocent until proven guilty. Cell phone linkage doesn't mean anything to me....how is it linked to them? which one of them? details....Am saddened by the unnecessary loss of life in Kampala and if these are indeed the culprits then let justice take its course ...

We all know how terrorrism cases are handled.how cases are generally handled in EA....i can't help but be a skeptic..are they scapegoats? i don't know?

@TheFireicing then i am very sorry sir for what av said.my problem is wth the elements willing to turn the country u now call home in2 another wartorn area.we dont hve the capabilities to sniff them out, we can only rely on peaceful citizens such as u to help us, otherwise we will just end up blanketing all somalis as bombers.bt 1ce u start harboring them in and protecting them, defending them , we r bound to getvery angry at u guys.
