i have a 06 quest limited edition. NOT HAPPY. at 40,000 miles it sounds horible. engine light is on. it doesnt start sometimes, the rear brakes and rotors had to be redone at 20,000 miles and now are grinding again.
Some of the indoor dome lights keep popping out. the main thing that bothers me is the clicking sound it makes on take off. if you like nissan dont buy a quest, get a SUV instead they are built on the truck platform and are more reliable.

my mom might get this car

He hates the front fascia on the 05 Maxima, yet the Quest looks and has the same design. The Quest is just a Maxima (minivan)

WE HAVE HAD OUR 06 QUEST FOR A YEAR NOW AND CANT WAIT TO GET RID OF IT. ITS A NICE CAR WITH NICE FEATURES BUT ONLY GET 12 MPG CITY WHICH IS HORRIBLE! WE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM WITH ANYTHING ELSE IT HAS A GREAT BODY AND ITS ROOMY BUT IT SUCKS DOWN GAS LIKE AN OLD V8 TRUCK. THE ONLY REASON WE ARE GETTING RID OF IT IS BECAUSE WE CANT AFFORD THE GAS

Cool, a convenient place to put the family gun.

We have this exact setup. Rouge interior with the smoke exterior. Ours has been nothing short of steller with almost 80k miles now. Not one problem. It's huge, comfortable and a little bit left of all the other plain jane minis out there IMO. The Skyview roofs are amazing. We also love it for the fact that the consol is in the middle! Great view and again, different. Kudos to Nissan for such a wonderful minivan.

same here, when i drove the Quest i found the controls more easy to use when the dash was in the center.
The "red" leather is actually called "Rouge". And it looks really good in person.
I owned an '04 SE indentical to the one here. We loved it.
After our lease was up, we bought an '07 Denali XL. Sold it after 8 months. Not as much seating space as the Quest and HORRIBLE gas milage (10.5mpg in town).
We're driving a GMC Acadia now...it's alright, but so far nothing has delivered the "bang for the buck" that our Quest did.
Anyone want an '08 Acadia?
We're going back to a Quest!

Although sales haven't been there, I think Chrysler, Honda, and Toyota could take a page here from Nissan with their next vans.
Part of the reason I think minivans have lost their sales edge is due to them being boringly styled and to drive. If Chevy for example, could make a minivan that's as stylish as the Malibu inside and out, that could be a winner.
