- The magnetic is more "direct", there is almost no bownoise, my traditional instruments are not muted acoustically in contrast to piezo systems: the magnetic has no contact with vibrating parts of the instrument. Please have a look at the "Dodecats" pages:

there are more recordings. In a few weeks new recordings will be mixed and uploaded: pure duo cello / viola - both with magnetic pickups.
