Absolute waste of everyone's time. Give the kids booze. They are no more dangerous than drunk adults

It is also a crime for an under age to solicit alcohol from an adult, and so it is ethically and morally wrong to ask an under age to commit a crime on behalf of the police in order to create a crime scene that then they come to stop, those patrons did not go to the store with the intent to commit the crime, the scene was created for them to make a decision, and we know we don't always make the right one, but it was not destiny who the the underage in front of you, it was the Police.

Fucking narc ass kid workin with a police

@missgriffin77 For entrapment, the cops have to "encourage" you to do something that you otherwise wouldn't do. It's not entrapment if they merely provide the opportunity and you take it.

fuck the polics and fuck those kids

this is why i love Australia....we can drink at 18 :D

Why is this not considered entrapment?

In the U.S, prison is an industry, theres lots of money to be made, so th powers that be have numerous excuses to jail people.
And those decoys are cum stains.
by the way, the totally normal guy threatened the decoys lives after he gave them the alcohol. nice guy huh?

the first lady who was cited that night had just gotten out of prison, was still on parole. 2 suspects were caught with drugs, the last person who was arrested, taken into custody after running, was found to have several warrants for his arrest, and almost killed a cop in Escalon. Creating criminals? not likely.

not quite. people are responding to the offer at their own risk and of their own will. alot of people did the right thing and turned them down that night. It's only common sense.
