At least the dogs are in a dog park rather than in someone's front yard. To see my videos, you'd think there is no leash law in Escambia County FL.

OMG that totally pisses me off!!!!!! I hate picking up after dogs that aren't mine.

I hate when people don't keep dogs on a leash. I have small dogs and I keep the leash on them, unless I'm somewhere off in the woods, where I know no one is.

My friend's puppy got bitten to death by a larger dog in a dog park. The large dog wasn't on a leash. In the end the owner of the large dog left town, and the police told my friend that they're still 'investigating'.
