And on another note...Superstition is only a tried and tested way of acheiving/receiving an outcome after having exhausted all other methods. There's more science in superstition than you know. Unfortunately because of relgion mankind has yet to further explore METAPHYSICS. The little that they do know consist of crystal theropy and herbal remedies from the beneficial contents inside to the energy (aka aura/vibratory frequencies) that they give off. Its about understanding the world around you.

Actually I have to disagree on this one. Spirituality and religion are completely different. As spirituality is the SELF(internal) Governing way of life, and religion is the God (or external) Governing way of life. The fundamental difference is who has leadership over your life. And respectufully I ask that you re-educate/update the error of lumping them together.
