what i do is to think of it as if you are a matador and you are moving your cloth (which is your rope side to side). First do it stationary, then slowly ease it in to your routine even pausing when you are doing it and then you will see its really easy and then you will be doing it with ease.

How do you do you swing the rope on each side like that? I just started jump roping a few months ago and can do the double jump, crossover and crossover-double jump, but cant seem to figure that out from the videos i watched. Instructional video?

phenomenal! you put floyd mayweather to shame as well as all other skipping rope videos on youtube. you'd give buddy lee a run for his money!
was wondering what rope you use? i.e brand and excact length?
I notice you used a longer rope. Can you tell me how excactly do u adjust your rope's length?

Thanks for the compliment. I use cable ropes. I buy it at buyjumpropesdotnet. I use longer ropes for my jumps. When measuring the length of the rope - The handle of the rope is usually above my shoulders. The length depends on your height. There are clips on the end of the ropes making it very easy to adjust.

I've used nylon, vinyl, beaded and leather ropes in the past. But cable ropes works best for me. You can jump faster with cable ropes. Nylon ropes slows me down.
